Order Information
Items may have already been sold even though they still appear in the catalog. When ordering, please give us your full name, address, email address, and phone number. Items will be held for the 7-day purchase period. If no payment or notice is received, we will return the item to stock. Travel sometimes takes me away from the office. As such, I may not be able to reply to you immediately, but orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Terms of Sale
Please review Payment, Warranty, Ordering, and Shipping Information. All items are sold for their enjoyment as antiques and collectibles, and are not meant for modern day use. All weapons are sold as antiques only, and should be professionally reviewed by a qualified gunsmith before any and all consideration of use. Cottle Hill Americana, John Ockerbloom, or any and all of its agents disclaim any and all liability and responsibility for the use and/or ownership of any item once it has been shipped and/or transported from our office.
Payment Information
Total payment must be received no more than 7 days after the agreed purchase. Payment can be made via money order, bank cashier’s check or personal check made out to me directly, "John N. Ockerbloom." All payments must be made in US dollars. Personal checks or bank cashier’s checks must be drawn from a US bank. Items paid for by personal check will be held for 7 to 10 days until we receive bank clearance on the check. Upon receipt of clearance, the item(s) will be shipped. For next day delivery, payment must be made via money order or bank cashier’s check. If making payments from overseas using a non-US bank, please specify that payment must be in US dollars. Also, due to charges our bank assesses for foreign currency conversion, there is an additional fee on international payments. Maine residents are responsible for a state tax of 5%.
Authenticity
All items are described accurately and to the best of my ability. I believe in only owning and selling high quality military antiques that are 100% authentic. Should you have any questions, please e-mail me. Everything is guaranteed as presented, and will be subject to 5-day return privilege if you are not satisfied. Notification is required in advance of return. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received. Full refund, minus shipping charges, will be given upon receipt.
Shipping Information
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. These will be established with the buyer at the time of purchase. There is a minimum charge of $5.00 for shipping (UPS or USPS), handling and insurance (you tell me how, if you like), with the maximum at $15.00 for larger items. There are extra costs associated with requests for next day delivery. I prefer to track items when shipped for both the buyer and sellers knowledge.
